What is the purpose of GMHA?
GMHA’s purpose
is to advance the manufactured housing industry
through

- Promoting ethical and
legal business transactions between
customers and GMHA members through compliance
of a Code of Ethics;
- Promoting the benefits
of manufactured homeownership to consumers;
- Lobbying for reasonable
non-discriminatory federal, state and
local laws;
- Development of studies,
reports, and other information pertinent
to the growth and advancement of the
manufactured housing industry.

Why should my company belong to GMHA?
GMHA, like other trade associations, is a comprehensive
source of information for the manufactured housing
industry. Our members are kept up to date on
trends, laws and projections related to the
manufactured housing industry. Members are informed
about any changes in existing laws or new laws
that will affect them. In addition, statewide
and local meetings provide a forum for our members
