Founded in 1957, the Georgia Manufactured Housing Association, Inc. (GMHA) is a non-profit trade association representing all segments of the manufactured housing industry. GMHA membership is comprised of nearly 400 companies including retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, developers, community owners, and service companies involved in the manufactured housing industry.



What is the purpose of GMHA?

GMHA’s purpose is to advance the manufactured housing industry through

  • Promoting ethical and legal business transactions between customers and GMHA members through compliance of a Code of Ethics;
  • Promoting the benefits of manufactured homeownership to consumers;
  • Lobbying for reasonable non-discriminatory federal, state and local laws;
  • Development of studies, reports, and other information pertinent to the growth and advancement of the manufactured housing industry.

GMHA is a fully integrated organization representing all segments of the factory-built housing industry. With five categories of membership:

GMHA, like other trade associations, is a comprehensive source of information for the manufactured housing industry. Our members are kept up to date on trends, laws and projections related to the manufactured housing industry.
