Studies have concluded that companies who are members of their state trade association are inclined to be more professional in their day-to-day business operations.   Members of an association tend to be more aware of current trends in their industry, more attentive to their customers and are up-to-date on issues related to their business. 

A large number of Georgia’s licensed factory-built retailers, licensed manufacturers, land-lease communities and developers are members of their state trade association, the Georgia Manufactured Housing Association (click here for more information on GMHA).

GMHA members have agreed to abide by the Association’s Code of Ethics, including the professional treatment of their customers.

When shopping for your new factory-built home, check to ensure that the retailer is a GMHA member.  If you don’t see a current membership plaque in their lobby, ask your sales representative or find GMHA member retailers and manufacturers in your area by clicking below.
